The Vista Ridge Rangers basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Cedar Ridge Raiders to 30 in the Rangers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rangers now sport a 21-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host McNeil for a 6A Region IV District 25 contest on Friday, January 27. Vista Ridge will meet a Mavericks team coming off a 60-57 league win over Manor (Manor, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 19-10.

The Raiders (16-11) will now prepare for their contest against Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX). The Warriors enter the 6A Region IV District 25 contest with a 8-19 record. In their last contest, Round Rock Westwood was outscored by Round Rock (Round Rock, TX), 67-54, in a league challenge.
