The Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME) basketball crushed the host Stearns Minutemen (Millinocket, ME), 65-40 in Tuesday's league test.
The Red Devils (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Piscataquis (Guilford, ME). The Pirates go into the C North test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Piscataquis was trounced by Stearns (Millinocket, ME), 37-33, in a league test.
The Minutemen now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lee Academy for a C North test on Thursday, January 26. Stearns will encounter a Pandas squad coming off a 47-43 non-league loss to Shead (Eastport, ME). The Pandas record now stands at 1-13.
