The Granada Islamic School Eagles basketball team scored 34 points and held the host Cindy Avitia Jaguars to 31 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cindy Avitia for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 28. Granada Islamic School will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 50-20 league loss to University Prep Academy (San Jose, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-9.
The Jaguars (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against University Prep Academy (San Jose, CA). The Golden Eagles enter the Private School - South contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, University Prep Academy nudged Latino College Preparatory Academy (San Jose, CA), 31-6, in a league contest.
