In Tuesday's league outing, the Coppell Cowboys (Coppell, TX) basketball squad felled the visiting Lewisville Farmers (Lewisville, TX), by a margin of 56-42.
The Cowboys (30-2) will now prepare for their outing against Flower Mound (Flower Mound, TX). The Jaguars go into the 6A Region I District 6 outing with a 24-5 record. In their last outing, Flower Mound thwarted Plano West (Plano, TX), 73-70, in a league outing.
The Farmers now own a 13-14 record. They play next when they travel to Plano East for a 6A Region I District 6 outing on Friday, January 27. Lewisville will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 51-23 league win over Marcus (Flower Mound, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 15-9.
