Nevada High School Basketball - Pershing County overwhelms Coral Academy of Science - Reno

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) and the visiting Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons (Reno, NV), saw Pershing County's basketball squad wallop Coral Academy of Science - Reno by a tally of 50-16.

With the victory, Pershing County improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Incline (Incline Village, NV) to play the Highlanders in a 2A Northern challenge on Friday, January 27. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a record of 3-8.

Next up, the Falcons play the North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA) in a 2A Northern challenge, on Friday, January 27. Coral Academy of Science - Reno will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Lakers come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 48-18 league win over Incline (Incline Village, NV).
