Oregon High School Basketball - Corbett trounces Warrenton

The Corbett Cardinals (Corbett, OR) basketball crushed the host Warrenton Warriors (Warrenton, OR), 53-14 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cardinals (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Banks (Banks, OR). The Braves go into the 3A Coastal Range test with a 18-0 record. In their last test, Banks walloped Riverdale (Portland, OR), 45-36, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Rainier for a 3A Coastal Range test on Thursday, January 26. Warrenton will encounter a Columbians squad coming off a 40-31 league loss to Neah-Kah-Nie (Rockaway Beach, OR). The Columbians record now stands at 4-12.
