In Tuesday's league outing, the Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sugar Creek Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), by a count of 52-13.

The Cardinals (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets go into the 1A Conference 38 outing with a 1-13 record. In their last outing, Carolina International was crushed by Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC), 70-6, in a league outing.

The Wildcats now hold a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Piedmont Community Charter for a 1A Conference 38 outing on Friday, January 27. Sugar Creek will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 70-6 league win over Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 13-6.
