In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Pigeon Forge Tigers basketball team scored a good 56-48 triumph over the Cosby Eagles.
In their next game, the Tigers meet the Cumberland Gap Panthers (Cumberland Gap, TN) in a 2A District 2 match, on Friday, January 27. Pigeon Forge will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 7-12 record after their 43-41 non-league loss to Washburn (Washburn, TN).
With the defeat, Cosby moves to 11-11 on the year. The Eagles travel to Northview Academy (Kodak, TN) to meet the Cougars in a non-league match on Friday, January 27. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 17-6. Northview Academy won 79-34 in their recent league match against Gibbs (Corryton, TN)
