Soddy Daisy Trojans (Soddy Daisy, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host East Hamilton Hurricanes (Ooltewah, TN), 52-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Soddy Daisy upgrades its record to 14-10 on the season. The Trojans host Sequatchie County (Dunlap, TN) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 9-11.

Next up, the Hurricanes clash with the Red Bank Lions (Chattanooga, TN) in a 3A District 6 bout, on Friday, January 27. East Hamilton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record.
