Fairview Eagles (Fairview, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Wolverine Wildcats (Wolverine, MI), 34-13 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fairview upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Eagles host Atlanta (Atlanta, MI) to play the Huskies in a North Star bout on Thursday, January 26. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 3-3.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Boyne Falls Loggers (Boyne Falls, MI) in a Northern Lakes bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Wolverine will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Loggers go into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 73-12 league loss to Mackinaw City (Mackinaw City, MI).
