The Liberty Eagles basketball team (Bealeton, VA), was overwhelmed 69-38 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Handley Judges (Winchester, VA)
The Judges now possess a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Wood for a Northwestern battle on Friday, January 27. Handley will confront a Colonels team coming off a 65-21 league win over Fauquier (Warrenton, VA). The Colonels record now stands at 12-7.
The Eagles (6-13) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern View (Culpeper, VA). The Cyclones come into the non-league battle with a 14-0 record. In their last battle, Eastern View trounced Caroline (Milford, VA), 57-13, in a league battle.
