The Sycamore War Eagles (Pleasant View, TN) basketball crushed the host Harpeth Indians (Kingston Springs, TN), 54-21 in Tuesday's league test.

The War Eagles (14-6) will now prepare for their test against Cheatham County Central (Ashland City, TN). The Cubs go into the 2A District 9 test with a 20-4 record. In their last test, Cheatham County Central walloped White House-Heritage (White House, TN), 65-29, in a league test.

The Indians now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they travel to Fairview for a 2A District 9 battle on Friday, January 27. Harpeth will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 51-39 non-league loss to Forrest (Chapel Hill, TN). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-17.
