Georgia High School Basketball - Northside over Harris County

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Northside Patriots (Columbus, GA) and the visiting Harris County Tigers (Hamilton, GA), saw Northside's basketball squad overcome Harris County by a tally of 65-54.

With the victory, Northside improves its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Patriots host Drew (Riverdale, GA) to confront the in a AAAAA Region 3 challenge on Friday, January 27. The come into the challenge with a record of 7-12. Drew lost 62-18 in their recent league challenge against Northgate (Newnan, GA)

Next up, the Tigers confront the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) in a AAAAA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Harris County will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a 8-13 record after their 56-36 non-league loss to Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA).
