McEachern Indians (Powder Springs, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Harrison Hoyas (Kennesaw, GA), 45-44 in a league bout.

With the win, McEachern upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Indians host Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA) to play the Hawks in a AAAAAAA Region 3 bout on Friday, January 27. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Hillgrove won 81-40 in their recent league bout against Marietta (Marietta, GA)

Next up, the Hoyas play the North Paulding Wolfpack (Dallas, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 3 bout, on Friday, January 27. Harrison will attempt to upgrade on its 6-14 season record. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a 19-2 record after their 47-40 league loss to McEachern (Powder Springs, GA).
