Hartley Tigers (Hartley, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wildorado Mustangs (Wildorado, TX), 39-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Hartley upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The Tigers travel to Pringle-Morse (Morse, TX) to clash with the Cougars in a 1A Region I District 3 bout on Friday, January 27. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 9-14. Pringle-Morse won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Channing (Channing, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Adrian Matadors (Adrian, TX) in a 1A Region I District 3 bout, on Friday, January 27. Wildorado will attempt to upgrade on its 12-12 season record.
