Texas High School Basketball - Pottsboro topples Howe

In Tuesday's league outing, the Pottsboro Cardinals (Pottsboro, TX) basketball squad beat the host Howe Bulldogs (Howe, TX), by a count of 40-23.

The Cardinals (26-3) will now prepare for their outing against Bonham (Bonham, TX). The Warriors go into the 3A Region II District 11 outing with a 1-14 record.

The Bulldogs now hold a 4-14 record. They play next when they travel to Bells for a 3A Region II District 11 outing on Friday, January 27. Howe will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 56-28 league win over Leonard (Leonard, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 19-11.
