The Wamogo Warriors basketball team (Litchfield, CT), was overwhelmed 68-32 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Nonnewaug Chiefs (Woodbury, CT)
The Chiefs now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gilbert for a Berkshire battle on Friday, January 27. Nonnewaug will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 47-17 league win over Terryville (Terryville, CT). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-5.
The Warriors (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Thomaston (Thomaston, CT). The Bears come into the Berkshire battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, Thomaston trounced Litchfield (Litchfield, CT), 64-17, in a league battle.
