Walnut Ridge Scots (Columbus, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Marion-Franklin Red Devils (Columbus, OH), 60-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Walnut Ridge upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Scots host West (Columbus, OH) to clash with the Cowboys in a Columbus City - South bout on Friday, January 27. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 1-5.

Next up, the Red Devils clash with the Africentric Early College Nubians (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - South bout, on Friday, January 27. Marion-Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Nubians go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 66-26 league win over Eastmoor Academy (Columbus, OH).
