New Mexico High School Basketball - Tierra Encantada can't hold off Menaul

The Menaul Panthers basketball team scored 2 points and held the visiting Tierra Encantada to 0 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Estancia for a 2A District 2 contest on Thursday, January 26. Menaul will battle a Bears team coming off a 52-42 non-league loss to Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM). The Bears record now stands at 7-10.
The (0-13) will now prepare for their contest against Monte Del Sol Charter (Santa Fe, NM). The Dragons enter the 2A District 2 contest with a 0-15 record. In their last contest, Monte Del Sol Charter was nudged by Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM), 46-10, in a league contest.
