Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Methacton trounces Norristown

The Methacton Warriors (Norristown, PA) basketball crushed the host Norristown Eagles (Norristown, PA), 62-25 in Tuesday's league test.

The Warriors (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Owen J. Roberts (Pottstown, PA). The Wildcats go into the Pioneer test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Owen J. Roberts was trounced by Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA), 64-41, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Perkiomen Valley for a Pioneer test on Thursday, January 26. Norristown will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 72-35 league win over Boyertown (Boyertown, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 17-1.
