Iowa High School Basketball - Nashua-Plainfield ripped by St. Ansgar

The St. Ansgar Saints basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Nashua-Plainfield Huskies to 21 in the Saints league triumph on Tuesday.

The Saints now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Fork for a Corn Bowl contest on Friday, January 27. St. Ansgar will battle a Warhawks team coming off a 62-44 league win over Central Springs (Manly, IA). The Warhawks record now stands at 15-0.

The Huskies (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Osage (Osage, IA). The Green Devils enter the non-league contest with a 16-1 record. In their last contest, Osage triumphed over North Butler (Greene, IA), 59-17, in a non-league contest.
