The Nevada Union Miners basketball team (Grass Valley, CA), was toppled 51-35 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA)

The Bruins now possess a 22-2 record. They play next when they host Placer for a Foothill Valley outing on Thursday, January 26. Ponderosa will clash with a Hillmen squad coming off a 55-28 league loss to Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Hillmen record now stands at 10-12.

The Miners now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a Foothill Valley outing on Thursday, January 26. Nevada Union will clash with a Fighting Zebras squad coming off a 59-16 league win over West Park (Roseville, CA). The Fighting Zebras record now stands at 19-3.
