The O'Donnell Eagles basketball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Wilson Mustangs to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crosbyton for a 1A Region I District 6 contest on Friday, January 27. O'Donnell will battle a Chiefs team coming off a 50-25 league loss to Lorenzo (Lorenzo, TX). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-7.
The Mustangs (9-24) will now prepare for their contest against Petersburg (Petersburg, TX). The Buffaloes come into the 1A Region I District 6 contest with a 14-10 record. In their last contest, Petersburg was nudged by O'Donnell (O'Donnell, TX), 51-38, in a league contest.
