The Palmyra Panthers basketball team scored 36 points and restricted the visiting Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines to 24 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elmwood-Murdock for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 26. Palmyra will battle a Knights team coming off a 43-28 non-league win over Freeman (Adams, NE). The Knights record now stands at 12-4.
The Wolverines (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Milford (Milford, NE). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 15-3 record. In their last contest, Milford prevailed over Sutton (Sutton, NE), 39-27, in a non-league contest.
