Washington High School Basketball - Riverside trounces Priest River

The Riverside Rams (Chattaroy, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Priest River Spartans (Priest River, ID), 47-19 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Rams (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Freeman (Rockford, WA). The Scotties go into the 1A Northeast test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, Freeman was trounced by Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID), 87-33, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Kellogg for a 2A Central Idaho test on Thursday, January 26. Priest River will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 43-40 league loss to Orofino (Orofino, ID). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-11.
