St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Trinity Episcopal Titans (Richmond, VA), 79-39 in a league bout.

With the victory, St. Anne's-Belfield upgrades its record to 16-1 on the campaign. The Saints host Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA) to play the Wolves in a VISAA Division I bout on Friday, January 27. The Wolves come into the bout with a record of 8-12. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic won 48-38 in their recent league bout against Trinity Christian (Fairfax, VA)

Next up, the Titans play the St. Catherine's Saints (Richmond, VA) in a VISAA Division I bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Trinity Episcopal will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
