North Carolina High School Basketball - Terry Sanford crushes Triton

January 24, 2023: Fayetteville, NC 28303

Terry Sanford Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Triton Hawks (Erwin, NC), 85-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Terry Sanford upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Trojans in a 3A/4A Conference 23 bout on Friday, January 27. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Pine Forest won 55-23 in their recent league bout against Western Harnett (Lillington, NC)

Next up, the Hawks play the Westover Wolverines (Fayetteville, NC) in a 3A/4A Conference 23 bout, on Friday, January 27. Triton will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 38-24 league win over Harnett Central (Angier, NC).
