Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Carver College and Career Academy Wolverines (Chester, VA), 42-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Charles City upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Panthers host Middlesex (Saluda, VA) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 2-3.

Next up, the Wolverines play the Mathews Blue Devils (Mathews, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Carver College and Career Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
