The John Champe Knights (Aldie, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Unity Reed Lions (Manassas, VA), 37-14 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Knights (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Mountain View (Stafford, VA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Mountain View walloped Gar-Field (Woodbridge, VA), 16-10, in a non-league test.
The Lions now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Osbourn Park for a non-league test on Friday, January 27. Unity Reed will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 43-40 non-league win over Battlefield (Haymarket, VA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 10-3.
