Colorado High School Basketball - Windsor can't hold off Mead

The Mead Mavericks basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Windsor Wizards to 45 in the Mavericks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mavericks now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greeley West for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 1. Mead will battle a Spartans team coming off a 35-34 non-league loss to Centaurus (Lafayette, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 3-8.
The Wizards (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Family (Broomfield, CO). The Tigers enter the contest with a 13-0 record. In their last contest, Holy Family nudged Greeley West (Greeley, CO), 34-19, in a non-league contest.
