The Riverheads Gladiators basketball team (Staunton, VA), was routed 44-19 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Stuarts Draft Cougars (Stuarts Draft, VA)

The Cougars now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilson Memorial for a non-league battle on Friday, January 27. Stuarts Draft will battle a Green Hornets team coming off a 25-20 non-league loss to Staunton (Staunton, VA). The Green Hornets record now stands at 11-5.

The Gladiators (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Bison come into the non-league battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Buffalo Gap was routed by Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA), 33-30, in a non-league battle.
