The Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO) basketball nipped the host Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO), 48-47 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bears (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Red-Tailed Hawks go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record.
The Kadets now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Discovery Canyon for a non-league test on Friday, February 3.
