The Deckerville Eagles basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Mayville Wildcats to 45 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Akron-Fairgrove for a contest on Friday, January 27. Deckerville will battle a Vikings team coming off a 56-9 non-league loss to Kingston (Kingston, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Deckerville (Deckerville, MI). The Eagles enter the contest with a 5-5 record.
