The Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA), 47-39 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Lions (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins go into the non-league test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Lake Braddock went down by West Springfield (Springfield, VA), 48-42, in a non-league test.
The Cavaliers now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to South County for a non-league test on Friday, January 27.
