California High School Basketball - Le Grand knocked off by Gustine

The Gustine Reds basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Le Grand Bulldogs to 28 in the Reds league triumph on Tuesday.
With the win, Gustine upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Reds host Mariposa County (Mariposa, CA) to play the Grizzlies in a bout on Friday, January 27. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Mariposa County lost 58-26 in their recent league bout against Waterford (Waterford, CA)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Denair Coyotes (Denair, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Le Grand will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Coyotes go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 49-40 league win over Mariposa County (Mariposa, CA).
