The Maranatha Minutemen (Pasadena, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Village Christian Crusaders (Sun Valley, CA), 74-70 in Tuesday's league test.
The Minutemen (11-11) will now prepare for their test against Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA). The Warriors go into the test with a 16-8 record. In their last test, Heritage Christian got by Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA), 56-22, in a league test.
The Crusaders now own a 12-7 record. They play next when they host Whittier Christian for a test on Friday, January 27. Village Christian will encounter a Heralds squad coming off a 72-30 league loss to Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA). The Heralds record now stands at 2-7.
