The Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions basketball team (Glendale, AZ), was overwhelmed 84-36 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Pinnacle Pioneers (Phoenix, AZ)

The Pioneers now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberty for a contest on Thursday, January 26. Pinnacle will battle a Lions team coming off a 80-58 league win over Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.

The Mountain Lions (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ). The Jaguars enter the contest with a 2-1 record.
