With the victory, Golden Valley upgrades its record to 17-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Atwater (Atwater, CA) to play the Falcons in a Central California Conference bout on Monday, January 29. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 12-11. Atwater won 68-57 in their recent league bout against Patterson (Patterson, CA)

Next up, the Thunder play the El Capitan Gauchos (Merced, CA) in a Central California Conference bout, on Friday, January 26. Buhach Colony will attempt to upgrade on its 8-15 season record. The Gauchos come into the bout with a 14-9 record after their 62-58 league win over Merced (Merced, CA).
