California Crosspoint Rams (Hayward, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Leadership Public Schools Richmond Pumas (Richmond, CA), 70-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, California Crosspoint upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Rams travel to Contra Costa Christian (Walnut Creek, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a Bay Counties - General bout on Friday, January 26. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 12-6. Contra Costa Christian won 61-13 in their recent non-league bout against Cristo Rey De La Salle (Oakland, CA)

Next up, the Pumas clash with the The Bay School Breakers (San Francisco, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Leadership Public Schools Richmond will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Breakers go into the bout with a 10-10 record after their 52-43 league win over Jewish Community (San Francisco, CA).
