The Lancaster Mennonite Blazers basketball team (Lancaster, PA), was nudged 61-54 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Columbia Crimson Tide (Columbia, PA)
The Crimson Tide now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern York for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. Columbia will battle a Golden Knights team coming off a 47-44 league loss to West York Area (York, PA). The Golden Knights record now stands at 12-6.
The Blazers (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Pequea Valley (Kinzers, PA). The Braves come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 4 battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, Pequea Valley edged Annville-Cleona (Annville, PA), 46-43, in a league battle.
