The Oil City Oilers basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Conneaut Area Eagles to 31 in the Oilers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Oilers now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warren for a District 10 Region 5 contest on Friday, January 26. Oil City will battle a Dragons team coming off a 84-45 league win over Titusville (Titusville, PA). The Dragons record now stands at 12-2.

The Eagles (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin (Franklin, PA). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Franklin triumphed over Corry (Corry, PA), 66-61, in a league contest.
