The Perth Amboy Vo-Tech Patriots basketball team scored 45 points and held the host East Brunswick Vo-Tech to 42 in the Patriots league triumph on Wednesday.

The Patriots now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piscataway Vo-Tech for a Greater Middlesex - Gold contest on Friday, January 26. Perth Amboy Vo-Tech will meet a Raiders team coming off a 48-47 league win over Highland Park (Highland Park, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 4-10.

The (1-13) will now prepare for their game against Somerset Tech (Bridgewater, NJ). The Jaguars enter the Greater Middlesex - Gold game with a 5-11 record. In their last game, Somerset Tech was nipped by Sussex County Tech (Sparta, NJ), 74-55, in a non-league game.
