Episcopal Academy Churchmen (Newtown Square, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Haverford School Fords (Haverford, PA), 60-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Episcopal Academy upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Churchmen host Delaware County Christian (Newtown Square, PA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 10-4.

Next up, the Fords clash with the William Penn Charter Quakers (Philadelphia, PA) in a Inter-Academic bout, on Friday, January 26. Haverford School will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record.
