The L'Anse Creuse Lancers basketball team (Harrison Township, MI), was overwhelmed 65-42 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Fitzgerald Spartans (Warren, MI)

The Spartans now possess a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastpointe for a non-league battle on Friday, January 26. Fitzgerald will confront a Shamrocks team coming off a 62-59 non-league loss to South Lake (St. Clair Shores, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 6-6.
