California High School Basketball - Hill fells Gilroy

January 24, 2024: San Jose, CA 95111

Hill Falcons (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA), 77-67 in a league bout.

With the win, Hill upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Falcons host Leland (San Jose, CA) to play the Chargers in a Blossom Valley - Santa Teresa East bout on Friday, January 26. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 13-6. Leland won 55-42 in their recent league bout against Silver Creek (San Jose, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Ann Sobrato Bulldogs (Morgan Hill, CA) in a Blossom Valley - Santa Teresa East bout, on Friday, January 26. Gilroy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 10-9 record after their 59-39 league win over Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA).
