The Heber Springs Panthers basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Lisa Academy Jaguars to 47 in the Panthers league victory on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pulaski Academy for a 4A Region 5 contest on Friday, January 26. Heber Springs will battle a Bruins team coming off a 51-43 league win over Bauxite (Bauxite, AR). The Bruins record now stands at 7-6.

The Jaguars (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Bauxite (Bauxite, AR). The Miners come into the 4A Region 5 contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Bauxite was defeated by Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR), 51-43, in a league contest.
