California High School Basketball - Mare Island Tech Academy winner over John Henry

The Mare Island Tech Academy Griffins (Vallejo, CA) basketball felled the visiting John Henry Wildcats (Richmond, CA), 49-39 in Wednesday's league test.

The Griffins (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Arise (Oakland, CA). The go into the test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Arise was beaten by John Henry (Richmond, CA), 63-39, in a league test.

The Wildcats now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Griffin Academy for a Bay Area Charter test on Friday, February 2.
