The Wolcott RVT Wildcats basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Kaynor Tech Panthers to 53 in the Wildcats league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vinal RVT for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. Wolcott RVT will meet a Hawks team coming off a 68-57 league loss to Grasso Tech (Groton, CT). The Hawks record now stands at 0-10.

The Panthers (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bullard-Havens (Bridgeport, CT). The Tigers enter the Connecticut Technical - West contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Bullard-Havens nudged Abbott RVT (Danbury, CT), 51-49, in a league contest.
