With the win, Von Steuben upgrades its record to 9-12 on the season. The Panthers travel to Lane Tech (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Champions in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Champions go into the bout with a record of 14-10. Lane Tech won 67-51 in their recent league bout against Whitney Young (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Rangers clash with the Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. Mather will attempt to upgrade on its 6-14 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 9-12 record after their 73-31 league loss to Dunbar (Chicago, IL).
