The Mickey Leland College Preparatory Academy for Young Men Knights (Houston, TX) basketball crushed the host Scarborough Spartans (Houston, TX), 71-36 in Wednesday's league test.

The Knights (15-7) will now prepare for their test against Furr (Houston, TX). The Brahmans go into the 4A Region III District 21 test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, Furr walloped North Forest (Houston, TX), 75-49, in a league test.

The Spartans now own a 2-18 record. They play next when they host Kashmere for a 4A Region III District 21 test on Saturday, January 27.
